Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing our products at PAP Healthcare.

If your product develops a manufacturing fault under the warranty period then it must be returned to PAP Healthcare where it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

Shipping and handling are not refundable.

Please note there are products that are exempt from your right to cancel. The majority of our products are medical products and the exemption applies for products which are “sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, once they are unsealed”. Once opened, the products cannot be returned unless faulty under warranty. These include CPAP Masks, Tubes and Filters. For all products that we sell, if they are still sealed, your right to cancel remains unaffected. Only when the item is unsealed does the right to cancel cease to apply.

To avoid any disappointment or issues at a later stage, please contact us to ensure the equipment is suitable before you place your order. Our experienced team are happy to support you in making the best decision for your therapy.

We can issue refunds for those products that are legally exempt from the right to cancel. We handle these returns on a case by case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want our customers to be satisfied with them. We believe that we when we treat our customers fairly, they are fair with us.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of its receipt. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you have used during the purchase. For credit card/debit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card/debit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 15 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
